NOTE: If more than one of you is in the wiki at the same time making changes on the same page, your work may be lost if a groupmate saves what he/she has been working on. The best way I know of to avoid having your efforts lost is to save them in a Word document, and then cut and paste your work into the wiki. Sometimes you can also retrieve "lost" data by hitting the back button or checking the history tab for your page.

PROPER MLA FORMAT: Check the Purdue OWL http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/01/ for info on the 2009 MLA rules. There you can see a sample Works Cited page and information on how to do proper internal citations. MLA has not been updated since 2009.

PREVIOUS & CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS IN THE WIKI:
Step One: Successfully join the werewolf wiki before the end of this week for a HW grade. This must be completed by midnight Sunday (November 6th) or it’s a ZERO!

Step Two: Successfully select a subtopic in the werewolf wiki before the end of this week for a HW grade. Make the request via an e-mail to me at my VBCPS address (<LynnetteE.Fitch@VBSchools.com>). Make sure to identify yourself by name AND block, especially if your identity isn’t obvious from your e-mail address. Only one subtopic per person; you don’t have one (or the points for this HW assignment!) until it is confirmed by me in writing. I will respond to your message AND add you to that page. This process must be completed by midnight Sunday (November 13th) or your grade for this is a ZERO!

Step Three: REQUEST NOTIFICATIONS (Page Edits AND Page Discussions) FOR YOUR PAGE ONLY FOR A GRADE – do this prior to midnight Sunday (11/20) for a grade. Begin preliminary werewolf research.

Step Four: Create a header for your individual section and load it on your page by midnight this Sunday (Nov 27) for a grade. Continue preliminary werewolf research.

Step Five: Minimum of one cited visual relevant to your subtopic must be loaded in your individual section of your group page underneath your individual heading on the wiki by midnight Sunday, Dec. 4. Do your citation as a caption for the picture. Make sure the picture is scaled to fit well in your section. Continue preliminary werewolf research.

Step Six: Individual Subtopic paragraph - see assignment sheet linked below. Due by midnight Sunday, December 18 for 70% of a TEST GRADE.

Step Seven: Group MLA Works Cited - see assignment sheet linked below. Due by midnight Sunday, December 18 for 30% of a TEST GRADE.
